So,
the other morning, Marc went out and hooked up the trailer and pulled
it into the driveway and happened to notice this little green snake
entwined in the tail gate/ramp.
I
say little but it was easily 24” long.
We
put the ramp down
and
I herded it, as well as you can herd a snake, into the grass.
What a beautiful little green snake!
ReplyDeleteYes, maybe the fact that he's such a lovely shade of green takes away the scary element.
ReplyDeleteAnd now, snake herding. Will it never end.
ReplyDeleteShe is such a pretty one. And those rings around her eyes--of course it's a girl *cough*--make her sooo cute.
ReplyDeleteArtist and Snake Herder! What's next? ;-)
What a great find. Most around here are looking for a place to hang for the cold.
ReplyDeletehe's very cute!
ReplyDeleteHe has a smiley face. I need that.
ReplyDeleteNow you’re herding snakes.
ReplyDeleteIs there no end to your talents?
Yes, we have these here and they gentle and so lovely.
ReplyDeleteAww! He was probably sunning himself to stay warm, don't you think?
ReplyDeleteHe was so green, he almost looked fake! I would have used a long stick and kept my distance!
ReplyDeleteIt sure blends into the colour of the grass. Do you also collect snake skins which have been shed along with feathers and skulls?
