Returned
home about 7:40 PM on Friday. Got up early the next morning for a 2
hour drive to Galveston to meet out of town family for lunch
celebrating a birthday and then a day at the beach. Brought
grandgirl Robin back with us for her week. On top of that, I'm a
week behind in my chores. Re-entry is a bitch. Working on posts
about the trip in between grocery shopping and housecleaning.
Whew!
I'm looking forward to hearing about your trip.
ReplyDeleteBusy, busy, busy... but doing good things. Can't wait to hear all about your latest adventure!
ReplyDeleteWell that's a whirlwind return. Welcome home!
ReplyDeleteIt is easier for me to have the grands now that they are still little and can be entertained. What do you do for the older ones? Are they by nature artists? That would help. I am concerned once ours hit the double digits this week in the country will be a drag.
ReplyDeleteI was just thinking, "Okay. Ellen can come home now."
ReplyDeleteWelcome back. And yes, re-entry is a stunning bitch.
Welcome back!
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear some noise from your end of blog world. Can't wait to hear about the trip.
ReplyDeleteOnce you get the laundry done, it is smooth sailing.
