  3. Pods are so much more interesting to me than flowers unless of course they are poddish flowers. It is nearly the season for pods here- not quite but soon.

  4. We used to pick the pods of wild rose bushes as kids and slap them onto the back of our arch enemies ... itching powder ...

  13. I never really looked at acorns as pods before but of course. that's what all those things are.. rose hips.. and such. Lovely photos. None of those little berry like pod.. white with the black dots? They're called Doll's Eyes.. and they would therefore be .. eyepods. ;)
